Become a Vendor at Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival

Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival celebrates the homes, fashion, music, and memories of the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s.

This application is open to vendors from all festival districts, including vintage dealers, antique sellers, artists, makers, collectors, specialty food vendors, nonprofits, and other retail businesses.

Food trucks, beverage vendors (including alcohol vendors), coffee vendors, concessionaires, and any business preparing or serving food or drinks to attendees must apply through our separate Food & Beverage Vendor Application.

Vendors will be asked to select the district that best represents their business. While many vendors sell a variety of items, at least 80% of your inventory must fit within your selected district.

Additional Information

Vendor Agreement

Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival is a carefully curated event, and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor selection is based on a variety of factors, including inventory, originality, booth presentation, previous participation, professionalism, social media or website presence, supporting photos, and the overall balance of each district.

Vendors may not be selected due to category limitations, an oversaturation of similar products, incomplete applications, lack of supporting information, previous cancellations without ample notice, prior violations of festival policies, or unprofessional behavior toward festival staff, volunteers, security personnel, attendees, or fellow vendors.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the official Vendor Terms & Conditions and understand that acceptance into Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival is at the sole discretion of the festival organizers.
