Food Trucks, Food Vendors & Beverage Vendors
2027 Applications Now Open
Our inaugural festival in 2026 welcomed more than 10,000 guests over two incredible days—and we're expecting similar attendance in 2027.
We're looking for experienced food and beverage vendors who can keep up with the crowds and help create an unforgettable festival experience.

Attendance
More than 10,000 guests walked through the gates during the festival's inaugural year in 2026.
With expanded festival hours, additional entertainment, food and beverage offerings, and a redesigned layout, we anticipate attendance in 2027 to be similar to—or greater than—our first year.
Food and beverage vendors will have the opportunity to serve thousands of guests over two days, in addition to hundreds of vendors and staff during Friday setup.

The Food & Beverage District
New for 2027, our food trucks, beverage vendors, bars, and Main Stage will be grouped together to create a destination of their own within the festival.
The area will feature:
• Food trucks and local restaurants
• Coffee, tea, lemonade, and specialty beverages
• Craft beer, wine, cider, and cocktails
• Dessert vendors and sweet treats
• Picnic tables and shaded seating
• Lawn games and gathering spaces
• Live music throughout the day
• Evening entertainment on Saturday
Grab lunch, enjoy a drink, meet friends, and take in the music before heading back into the shopping districts.
New for 2027: Beer, Wine & Specialty Drinks
For the first time, alcohol will be available at Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival.
Guests ages 21 and older will be able to purchase beer, wine, cider, and specialty beverages from approved vendors throughout designated festival areas.
All alcohol purchases require a valid government-issued photo ID.
Our goal is to create a relaxed summer atmosphere where guests can sip a drink, eat great food, enjoy the bands, and spend the entire day exploring the festival grounds.

A Festival Designed for Staying All Day
We listened to your feedback from our first year.
For 2027, we're redesigning the layout to make food and beverage a major part of the experience.
You'll find:
• More food vendors
• More seating areas
• Better pedestrian flow
• Additional trash and recycling stations
• Clearly marked dining areas
• Expanded beverage options
• More shade and places to relax
Instead of grabbing a quick bite and leaving, we want guests to settle in, discover new flavors, and enjoy the atmosphere from morning until sunset.
Live Music & Dining
The Main Stage and food district will work together to create the heart of the festival.
Spend the afternoon enjoying performances from tribute bands celebrating the music of the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s while relaxing with food and drinks.
On Saturday evening, the entertainment area will remain active even after the shopping districts begin to close, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy dinner, drinks, and live music as the sun sets over the fairgrounds.
