Is parking free?
Yes. Free parking is available. Parking and traffic flow will be directed by festival security and staff members upon arrival.
What should I bring?
We encourage guests to bring:

Wagons, carts, and bags are encouraged for carrying vintage finds and purchases throughout the weekend. *Please note that security may inspect bags, wagons, and carts upon entry.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No outside food is permitted. Guests may bring one sealed bottled water per person.
Are dogs allowed?
Only trained service dogs are permitted. Under ADA guidelines, a service dog is individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability. Emotional support, therapy, and comfort animals are not allowed.
Will there be security?
Yes. There will be a security checkpoint at the front gate with security personnel and staff members checking tickets upon entry. Security staff will also be present throughout the festival grounds and parking areas for the safety of all guests.
Are firearms allowed?
No firearms or weapons are permitted on festival grounds, except for authorized law enforcement officers.
Can I sit and enjoy the music?
Absolutely. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy live music throughout the day.
What kind of music will there be?
Live 70s, 80s & 90s cover and tribute bands will perform throughout the entire weekend.
Is the festival family friendly?
Yes! Vintage in the Hudson Valley is designed to be a family-friendly weekend experience with shopping, live music, food trucks, and activities for all ages.
Are tickets available at the gate?
Yes, tickets will be available at the gate, but purchasing online ahead of time is encouraged for faster entry.
Should I expect traffic?
New Paltz is a busy summer destination, especially on weekends. Guests are encouraged to allow extra travel time, particularly between 11 AM–2 PM. Parking staff, security, and signage will help direct traffic flow upon arrival.
Can I leave and come back later?
Yes. Re-entry is allowed with your festival wristband.
Terms & Conditions
The Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival is organized by Studio 22 Events LLC and hosted at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz, NY. By purchasing or using a ticket, wristband, or festival credential (“Ticket”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PURCHASE OR USE TICKETS.
ALL SALES FINAL
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued unless determined by Festival Organizers. Festival dates, times, vendors, music lineup, attractions, and schedules are subject to change without notice.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By attending the Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks related to attending a large outdoor public event, including weather, crowds, uneven ground, parking areas, live music, and interactions with other attendees. By attending, you agree to release and hold harmless Studio 22 Events LLC, the Ulster County Fairgrounds, event staff, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, performers, and affiliated representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or stolen property related to the Festival.
Festival Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
SECURITY & ENTRY
All attendees are subject to security screening and bag inspection upon entry. Festival Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone without refund for unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. Weapons of any kind, including firearms, fireworks, knives intended as weapons, pepper spray, and explosives, are prohibited.
NO PETS / SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY
Pets are not allowed.
Only ADA-recognized service dogs trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are permitted. Emotional support animals and therapy animals are not permitted.
FOOD, DRINK & SMOKING
Outside alcohol is prohibited. One sealed bottled water per attendee is permitted. Festival grounds are non-smoking and drug-free, including vaping and marijuana. Smoking is only permitted outside Festival grounds. Re-entry with a valid wristband is allowed.
WEATHER / EVENT CHANGES
The Festival is rain or shine. Festival Organizers are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by weather, emergencies, public safety concerns, government orders, or other situations outside of our control.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
By using this ticket, Holder hereby grants Festival Organizers and their affiliates and licensees the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to record (by photograph, film, tape, aural devices, and any other method or device) the Holder’s name, voice, image, and likeness while at the Festival (the Recordings”) and publish, print, display, or use such Recordings for any and all purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.
PARKING
Parking is at your own risk. Festival Organizers are not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, accidents, or lost property.
CHILDREN
Children 12 and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival is a family-friendly event. Respectful behavior toward staff, vendors, performers, volunteers, and fellow attendees is expected at all times. Festival Organizers reserve the right to remove anyone from the event without refund for harassment, violence, vandalism, intoxication, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior.
