Ticket Information

Tickets for Vintage in the Hudson Valley 2027 will be available online through Eventbrite or at the gate during the festival.

For 2027, we are introducing a new and improved ticketing process designed to provide faster entry and shorter wait times. Based on feedback from our first year, we have reimagined our check-in experience to help ensure lines move more quickly and guests can begin enjoying the festival sooner.

Saturday General Admission - $12

  • Perfect for a full day of vintage shopping, nostalgia, and live music.

Sunday General Admission - $12

  • Valid July 11th, 2027

  • Festival hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • Includes access to all vintage vendor districts, food trucks, and live tribute performances featuring music from the '70s, '80s, and '90s.

  • Perfect for a relaxed day of vintage shopping, nostalgia, and last-chance treasures.

Weekend Pass - $20

  • Enjoy full access all weekend, including in-and-out privileges with your wristband.

  • Perfect for serious vintage hunters and families who want to explore the festival, discover hidden treasures, and enjoy live tribute music from the '70s, '80s, and '90s at their own pace.

Children ages 12 and under are admitted free with a paid adult.

Seniors (65+) and veterans receive discounted admission of $10 per day or $18 for the weekend.

Only trained ADA service dogs are permitted. Under ADA guidelines, service dogs must be individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability. Emotional support, therapy, and comfort animals are not permitted.

What are the festival hours?

Saturday, July 10: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Sunday, July 11: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Is parking free?

Yes! Free parking is available, and traffic will be directed by festival staff and security.

What should I bring?

We encourage guests to bring:

  • Lawn chairs or picnic blankets

  • Wagons, carts, or bags for carrying vintage finds (all items are subject to security inspection)

  • Comfortable walking shoes

  • One sealed bottle of water per person

Will food and drinks be available?

Yes! Food trucks, alcoholic beverages, coffee, lemonade, specialty drinks, and sweet treats will be available throughout the weekend. Water refill stations will also be located around the festival grounds.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Guests may bring one sealed bottle of water per person and are encouraged to use the complimentary water refill stations.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are permitted on festival grounds. Only trained ADA service dogs are allowed.

Is camping available?

Camping is not available for attendees. On-site camping is reserved exclusively for vendors. If you're traveling from out of town, we encourage you to visit the Places to Stay page on our website for nearby accommodations.

Will there be security?

Yes. Security personnel and festival staff will be present at all entrances, throughout the fairgrounds, and in the parking areas.

Are firearms or weapons allowed?

No. Firearms and weapons are prohibited, except for authorized law enforcement officers.

Can I sit and enjoy the music?

Absolutely! Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy live tribute performances featuring music from the '70s, '80s, and '90s.

What kind of music will there be?

Live tribute and cover bands celebrating the biggest hits of the '70s, '80s, and '90s will perform throughout the weekend.

Is the festival family-friendly?

Yes! Vintage in the Hudson Valley is designed for all ages, with vintage shopping, live music, food trucks, and activities for the whole family.

Are tickets available at the gate?

Yes. Tickets may be purchased online through Eventbrite (additional fees apply) or at the gate. Buying online is encouraged for faster entry.

Will there be long lines?

For 2027, we're introducing a new ticketing and entry process designed to reduce wait times and get guests into the festival more quickly.

Should I expect traffic?

New Paltz is a busy summer destination, especially on weekends. Please allow extra travel time, particularly between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Can I leave and come back later?

Yes! Re-entry is permitted all weekend with your festival wristband.

Terms & Conditions

The Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival ("Festival") is organized by Studio 22 Events LLC ("Festival Organizers") and hosted at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz, New York. By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket, wristband, or other festival credential ("Ticket"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PURCHASE OR USE A TICKET.

ALL SALES FINAL

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged unless otherwise determined by Festival Organizers in their sole discretion.

Festival dates, hours, vendors, performers, attractions, food and beverage offerings, festival maps, parking areas, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

Eventbrite service fees are non-refundable.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending the Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a large outdoor event, including, but not limited to:

  • Weather, heat, rain, wind, mud, and other environmental conditions

  • Crowds, long lines, and heavy pedestrian traffic

  • Uneven terrain, parking lots, and temporary structures

  • Live music, lighting, and sound equipment

  • Food and beverage consumption

  • Interactions with vendors, performers, staff, volunteers, and other attendees

You agree to release and hold harmless Studio 22 Events LLC, the Ulster County Fairgrounds, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, performers, contractors, employees, and affiliated representatives from any claims, injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from attendance at the Festival.

Festival Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

SECURITY & ENTRY

All guests, bags, wagons, carts, coolers, and other personal items are subject to inspection upon entry.

Festival Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual, without refund, for unsafe, illegal, disruptive, intoxicated, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

The following items are prohibited:

  • Firearms and weapons of any kind

  • Fireworks and explosives

  • Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia

  • Outside alcohol

  • Drones

  • Any item deemed dangerous by Festival Organizers or security personnel

Admission is subject to venue capacity and public safety requirements.

NO PETS / SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY

Pets are strictly prohibited.

 

Only service dogs recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability are permitted. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and comfort animals are not allowed.

Festival Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to or remove any animal, including service animals, that is out of control, poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others, or is not housebroken, in accordance with applicable law.

Owners are fully responsible for the care, behavior, and control of their service animals at all times.

FOOD, DRINK & WATER

Outside food and beverages are prohibited, except for one sealed bottle of water per guest and medically necessary items.

Food trucks, specialty beverages, alcoholic beverages, and complimentary water refill stations will be available throughout the Festival grounds.

Guests consuming alcoholic beverages must comply with all applicable laws and festival policies.

SMOKING & SUBSTANCES

Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and the use of illegal substances are prohibited within the Festival grounds and inside festival buildings. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside the event perimeter.

WEATHER / EVENT CHANGES

The Festival is a rain-or-shine event.

Festival Organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, suspend, evacuate, or cancel any portion of the Festival due to severe weather, public safety concerns, emergencies, government orders, acts of God, or circumstances beyond their control.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for weather-related interruptions, schedule changes, or artist substitutions.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

By entering the Festival, you grant Festival Organizers and their affiliates the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to photograph, record, publish, and use your image, voice, likeness, and statements for promotional, advertising, editorial, archival, and commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed, without compensation.

PARKING & TRAFFIC

Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendees assume all risks associated with entering, exiting, and parking on festival property. Festival Organizers are not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, accidents, towing expenses, traffic delays, or lost property.

Guests should allow extra travel time, as heavy traffic and delays may occur.

RE-ENTRY

Re-entry is permitted only with a valid festival wristband securely attached to the attendee's wrist. Lost, stolen, or removed wristbands will not be replaced.

CHILDREN

Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for the safety and conduct of minors attending the Festival.

CAMPING

On-site camping is available only for approved vendors and authorized festival personnel.

Attendee camping, overnight parking, and sleeping in vehicles are prohibited.

Visitors traveling from out of town are encouraged to review the accommodations and lodging recommendations listed on the Festival website.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Vintage in the Hudson Valley is a family-friendly event. Guests are expected to treat staff, volunteers, vendors, performers, sponsors, and fellow attendees with respect.

Festival Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual, without refund, for harassment, discrimination, violence, vandalism, intoxication, theft, disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or any behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.

The decisions of Festival Organizers and security personnel are final.

By purchasing or using a Ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
