Vendors participating in may reserve a limited overnight camping space in the designated vendor parking lot located across from the fairgrounds.

These spaces are intended for vendors looking to stay close to the event during festival weekend.

• Friday + Saturday Night Camping Pass ($60 total)
• Saturday Night Only Camping Pass ($30 total)

• Limited to 20 spaces total
• ONE camping space permitted per vendor due to limited availability
• Basic electric + water hookups included
• Located in the vendor parking lot across from the fairgrounds
• Primitive overnight parking lot camping setup
• Paid vendors only
• First-come, first-served

Important Information

Please note:

• This camping area is NOT located inside the fairgrounds

• No overnight security will be stationed in the parking lot camping area

• Festival overnight security covers the main fairgrounds property only

• Campers stay entirely at their own risk

• No staff member will be on-call for emergencies within the camping area

• Vendors are responsible for bringing any cords, adapters, hoses, or camping supplies needed

• Vendors must properly bag and REMOVE ALL trash and belongings upon departure

• Quiet hours must be respected

• No open fires or hazardous materials permitted

• No refunds for cancellations
