This is the top level of visibility we offer for vendors.

Your Featured Vendor placement goes live through September 1, 2026, as we prepare the website for next year’s rollout.

Who This Upgrade Is Good For

  • Online shops and sellers (vintage, salvage, apparel, collectibles, etc.)

  • Brands that take commissions or special orders

  • Vendors who want pre-event visibility and post-event sales

  • Out-of-state vendors who won’t be at every local market

How It Works

  • Fill out the short Featured Vendor intake form
    (logo upload, link, brief business info)

  • Submit payment for Featured Vendor placement

  • Once received, we’ll publish your placement on the homepage and email you the live link so you can share it.

Year-Round Visibility (Optional add-on)

If you want to stay visible 365 days a year, you can also add a Vendor Directory listing.

The Vendor Directory is active year-round and helps customers shop, follow, or contact you anytime.

  • Lifetime Vendor Directory Listing

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


  • Your logo will be displayed on the Vintage in the Hudson Valley website homepage as a “Featured Vendor.”

  • One clickable link will be attached to your logo (website, Instagram, Etsy, etc.).

  • Featured placement will remain active through September 1, 2026.

  • After September 1, 2026, we begin preparing the website for the next year’s rollout and Featured placements will be removed.

  • Vendors may update their logo or link once during the active period at no additional charge.

  • Refunds are not available once placement has been published.

The Featured Vendor placement is separate from our year-round Vendor Directory. If you want visibility beyond September 1, 2026, please consider an Annual or Lifetime Directory listing.
