NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE VENDOR SPACE — 2027

Reserve your approved Non-Alcoholic Beverage Vendor space for Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival, July 10–11, 2027 at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz, NY.

INCLUDES:

• Vendor space for Saturday & Sunday

• Placement in the Food & Drink area near the Main Stage

• Access to available water and electrical hookups as arranged

• Vendor setup and load-in access

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:

Beverage vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, insurance, and health department approvals required to operate at the festival.

Your Certificate of Insurance (COI) must list the following as Additional Insureds:

• Ulster County Agricultural Society

• Studio 22 Events LLC

OPTIONAL FRIDAY SERVICE:

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Vendors may add Friday service for an additional $150. This allows you to serve participating vendors and event personnel during festival setup on Friday from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM. The festival is not open to the general public during this time.

Additional load-in, load-out, vendor entrance, parking, service, and final placement information will be provided as we get closer to the festival.

IMPORTANT:

This space may only be purchased by vendors who have been approved by Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival.

All vendor space purchases and optional add-ons are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of circumstance.
