Vendor Selling Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Please note: Food trucks, beverage vendors, live music, and entertainment will continue after vendor selling hours have concluded.
VENDOR SETUP & RESTOCKING HOURS
Optional Friday Setup
Friday, July 9, 2027
6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday setup is optional. Vendors choosing to set up on Friday may remain on the grounds until 4:00 PM. All vendors, helpers, and vehicles must exit the fairgrounds by 4:00 PM or will be asked to leave.

All vendor vehicles must be removed from vendor areas by 9:00 AM on both festival days.
VENDOR CHECK-IN
Approximately two weeks before the festival, all approved vendors will receive an email containing:

Assigned gate (Gate A or Gate B)
Please have your booth number and district assignment available before arriving.
Gate A Check-In (South Gate)
Gate B Check-In (North Gate — near the pool)
Festival staff will verify your booth assignment and direct you to your designated district.
Please note: Vendors must enter through their assigned gate to help ensure a safe and efficient setup process.

Many GPS systems automatically route drivers through downtown New Paltz, which can experience significant traffic congestion during summer weekends.
Whenever possible, we recommend approaching the fairgrounds via:
Route 44/55 → Albany Post Road → Libertyville Road → Ulster County Fairgrounds
Please allow extra travel time regardless of your route.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
✔ Vendors must remain open and fully operational during all vendor selling hours.
✔ Early breakdowns are strictly prohibited.
✔ Bring adequate tent weights and secure all merchandise.
✔ Bring backup payment options whenever possible.
✔ Electricity is not available for standard outdoor vendor booths.
✔ The festival is rain or shine.
✔ Free attendee parking is available.
✔ Re-entry is permitted with a festival wristband.
✔ Service animals only.
✔ More than 300 vendors are expected to participate in 2027. Please allow extra time for setup and Sunday load-out operations.
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival is a two-day vintage marketplace and music festival held at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz, New York.
The festival features more than 300 vendors, live tribute bands, food trucks, beverage vendors, vintage clothing, antiques, collectibles, records, books, home décor, nostalgic treasures, interactive experiences, and themed districts celebrating the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s.
