About the Festival

Vintage in the Hudson Valley is a new annual summer festival bringing together thousands of families, collectors, makers, and musicians who love the spirit of the 70s, 80s, and early 90s.

Across two days, our guests wander tree-lined fairgrounds filled with vintage clothing and retro treasures, handmade goods, classic cars, food trucks, a kids marketplace, and blankets spread across the lawn while the music plays on.

What We’re Looking For

A radio sitting on top of a wooden table

We’re building a nostalgia-focused music lineup. Our goal is to bring back the songs people grew up with — the ones everyone knows, sings along to, and connects with.

We are mainly looking for bands and musicians performing cover songs, tribute sets, or era-inspired music, not primarily original material. Each performer should be prepared for a 60-minute set of recognizable hits.

We’re especially focusing on music from:

• 1970s
• 1980s
• 1990s

Classic rock, pop, folk, soul, funk, Americana, and alternative favorites from those eras tend to fit best.

If your set makes people say, “I love this song!” — you’re likely a great fit.

FAQ's

Is the festival family-friendly?
Yes! Families, collectors, vintage lovers, and community members make up a large part of our audience.

Is the festival outdoors?
Yes. Performances take place on our main outdoor stage. Rain plan details will be communicated to confirmed artists.

Can musicians sell merch?
Absolutely. Merch tables are available and artists keep 100% of sales.

Are there genre restrictions?
We are prioritizing music that aligns with 70s/80s/early-90s vintage vibes. Hard EDM, trap, and heavy modern metal are not a fit for this environment.

Do you provide sound?
Yes — basic PA, power, and stage support are provided. Additional tech riders can be discussed as needed.

Can out-of-state musicians apply?
Yes. Touring artists are welcome.

Can I apply even if I don’t have professional recordings?
Yes. Live videos or rehearsal clips are totally acceptable.
