Volunteer Application Form

I understand this is an unpaid volunteer role. Submitting this application does not guarantee placement, and if selected I agree to arrive on time, complete my assigned shift, and accept that roles may change based on festival needs.*

I agree to act respectfully toward guests, vendors, staff, and fellow volunteers, follow festival rules, avoid alcohol or illegal drug use while volunteering, and report any injuries, hazards, or emergencies to staff immediately. I understand unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal.*

I understand that volunteering at a public festival may involve risks including, but not limited to, slips, trips, falls, weather exposure, lifting, vehicle traffic, crowds, noise, equipment, interactions with the public, illness, and other hazards that may result in property damage, injury, serious injury, disability, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all ordinary risks associated with volunteering.*

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Studio 22 Events LLC, Ulster County Fairgrounds, their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims arising out of my voluntary participation, except for claims resulting from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where prohibited by law.*

In the event of an emergency, I authorize festival staff to seek emergency medical assistance on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand I am responsible for any resulting medical costs.*
