Congratulations! Your food truck has been approved to participate in Vintage in the Hudson Valley for the full weekend of July 11–12 at the Ulster County Fairgrounds.

This $250 weekend fee secures your spot for both days of the event.

Important Information:

• This fee is non-refundable

• Payment must be submitted within 7 days of approval

• If payment is not received within 7 days, the space will be released and offered to the next approved applicant

• Setup, load-in times, and event details will be emailed approximately two weeks prior to the event

• All food trucks must have required permits available onsite

• Vendors must comply with New York State food service laws and regulations

• Vendors are responsible for all licenses, insurance, and health department requirements
