This purchase reserves a corner 10’x10’ outdoor vendor booth within the Outdoor Marketplace for Vintage in the Valley. Corner booths include two aisle-facing sides for increased customer visibility and traffic flow and are designed for vendors selling antiques, vintage goods, handmade items, art, crafts, salvage, clothing, jewelry, décor, collectibles, and other retail products.

Vendor Requirements:

• Vendors must provide their own tent, tent weights, tables, display fixtures, and signage

• Tents must be weighted for safety (no staking into fairground surface)

• Electricity is not included unless otherwise stated

• Load-in instructions and setup details will be emailed prior to the event

Important Policies:

• Booth fees are non-refundable for any reason

• Booth spaces are non-transferable

• Booth selections cannot be changed once purchased

• Festival reserves the right to adjust vendor placement for logistics, safety, and category balance
