I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Vintage in the Valley – Kids Entrepreneur Program Terms & Conditions, including all policies related to supervision, prohibited items, assumption of risk, media release, and participation requirements.*

I grant permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during the event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, as outlined in the Kids Entrepreneur Program Terms & Conditions.*
