This purchase reserves a 30’x25’ outdoor camper vendor space within Section E — our dedicated Camper Vendor Village — at Vintage in the Valley. These larger spaces are designed specifically for vendors operating from camper vans, vintage buses, Sprinter-style vans, or small tow campers selling antiques, vintage goods, handmade items, art, crafts, salvage, clothing, jewelry, décor, collectibles, and other retail products.

Vendor Requirements:

•Vendors must provide their own display setup, tables, signage, awnings, or additional fixtures

• All vehicles, displays, and merchandise must remain within the assigned 30’x25’ space

• Only camper vans, vintage buses, Sprinter vans, popup campers, or small tow campers permitted

• No large RVs, motorhomes, or oversized trailers allowed

• Electricity is not included unless otherwise stated

• Load-in instructions and setup details will be emailed prior to the event

Important Policies:

• Booth fees are non-refundable for any reason

• Booth spaces are non-transferable

• Booth selections cannot be changed once purchased

• Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval

• Vendors must remain set up for both festival days

• Festival reserves the right to adjust vendor placement for logistics, safety, and category balance
